How Selling Works
1. Apply to join
Fill in a short application or email us at support@arthawk.co. We welcome artists, galleries and studios of all sizes. If accepted, we’ll guide you through setting up your profile.
2. Create your artist or gallery profile
Upload your bio, portrait, studio location and social links. Add your back catalogue if you wish — it enriches your profile and helps collectors fall in love with your story.
3. Upload your artworks
Add titles, dimensions, medium, price and shipping fees. Our system automatically generates search-optimised tags and colour data to enhance discoverability.
4. Publish your work and reach buyers
Once published, your pieces appear across Art Hawk discovery channels — including region pages, curated collections and personalised recommendations.
5. Receive orders and ship securely
When a collector buys your work, you’ll receive a notification with shipping details. You pack the artwork, ship it to the buyer and upload the tracking information.
6. Get paid promptly
After delivery is confirmed, your payout is processed minus the 8% commission.
